In 2019, Kitchen Connection and the United Nations Secretariat set out to create a revolutionary cookbook that celebrated diversity and sustainability around the globe. With the support of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and the Government of the Netherlands,The Cookbook in Support of the United Nations: For People and Planet was born. This cookbook features 75 recipes from 75 different regions, including farmers, chefs, indigenous peoples, and celebrity culinary contributors like Manal Al Alem, José Andrés, Massimo Bottura, Virgilio Martinez, Grace Ramirez, Pierre Thiam, Andrew Zimmern, and more!
